Client Customization – Simply Elegant Save the Date

Today’s Client Customization is a great lesson in keeping it simple! Our long-time retailer The Stovall Collection did a beautiful job in creating this custom save the date for a local soiree. Using our Kensington response card design as inspiration, they let the fonts and minimal details speak for themselves.

Starting with our Savoy natural white double-thick stock, they added the circular frame at the top in reflective gold foil with a seafoam letterpress accent surrounding the “save the date” messaging printed in olive letterpress ink.

The rest of the card includes only the most important details with a mix of fonts. The simple design allows for the date to stand out, which is the goal of a save the date card. Keeping things simple on this card makes for an overall elegant feel with lots of breathing room for all of the design elements. We’re loving this custom design!

Client Customization – Classic Foil Stamped Menu

This custom menu design is elegance at its best! This couple chose the very classic reflective silver foil for their entire menu card. The traditional fonts used for the menu are beautifully balanced (and enhanced) by the decorative frame and delicate pattern surrounding it. These details, borrowed from our Larkspur wedding invitation suite, are a beautiful way to greet guests at their seat as they find their place at the start of your wedding reception.

No matter the color palette you choose for your Larkspur wedding invitation, this design is easily customized with any palette to suit your event. You can mix foil with letterpress, bold and neutral ink colors, and this design is a sure-fire recipe for a gorgeous wedding reception!

We all know that most wedding couples labor over decisions such as the menu for their wedding day so why not share every detail you designed with your guests? They will surely appreciate your attention to detail so don’t forget to share it with them. Get in touch with us for tips on putting your menu design together!

Real Dauphine Press Wedding – Chelsea & Aaron

We had the pleasure of working with Chelsea and her Mom in-person. Always such a treat to sit down in our Stone Harbor stationery store and really get to know a bride when designing their wedding stationery. Plus, delivering the final pieces in-person is one of our favorite things!

We describe this wedding as traditional, elegant and full of charm … take a look at the beautiful images captured by Kaitlin Noel Photography:

The fine details they selected – a color palette of black and white with touches of gold – made for a traditional look.

The way they used these elements throughout – black letterpress ink for fine, detailed scripts, gold painted edges, all the way to classic black dresses for bridesmaids – was the epitome of elegance.

And, the thoughtful touches, such as using china with calligraphy {matching the invitations, of course!} for table numbers, and a custom envelope liner inspired by a favorite China pattern – brought it all together on a beautiful day for this charming, thoughtful couple. We’re thrilled to play a small role in such a gorgeous, timeless event!

We would love to work with you too on creating your ideal wedding stationery. Contact us or one of our exclusive retailers so we can sit down in-person, over email or phone and we can start bringing your ideas together into one gorgeous stationery suite!

Client Customization – Pretty Pattern Holiday Card

Incorporating some of our favorite details and design elements, this client customization is a beautiful way to wish your friends and family the best during the holiday season.

CC-GIACOBETTI-HOLIDAY

An elegant and {so perfect for the holidays!} damask pattern is printed is in our subtle parchment ink, creating the first layer of this letterpress card. The choice of a subtle ink for the all-over pattern ensures that it will create a beautiful backdrop for the greeting and fine details. Atop the pattern, french blue ink was chosen to frame the family photo and form the holiday sentiment.

Nautical Letterpress Invitation on Wedding Lovely

We were thrilled to have our Stone Harbor wedding suite featured on Wedding Lovely last week. What an honor to have the team at one of our favorite wedding blogs select one of our new designs for this feature. We couldn’t agree more about Wedding Lovely being a supportive hub for wedding vendors and engaged couples. Such a great resource – check it out if you’re not already hooked!

Dauphine Press on Wedding Lovely blog

We were so flattered to have our traditional wedding suite described as “elegant, nautical, sophisticated and rich in subtle details. We admit, we’re blushing!

Beyond this classic beauty, one of the things we love most about Stone Harbor is the versatility of this design. A quick swap of the color palette and monogram design and this invitation could easily transform to suit any wedding day decor.
