Wedding Save-the-Date
Modern lives are full of events and details which are added to calendars months in advance. Save-the-Dates are sent both as a courtesy to your guests, and as insurance that after all your careful planning, you will be surrounded by those who matter the most on your big day. Should you choose not to send Save-the-Date announcements, plan on mailing your invitations eight to ten weeks in advance of your wedding date.
In addition to your future wedding date, consider including the information that will be helpful to your guests. Details such as transportation, accommodations, childcare arrangements, restaurants and planned activities may be included to simplify their travel and planning. Your Save-the-Date cards can coordinate with your wedding stationery to set the tone of the event to come, or they can have a design and theme all their own
